This beautiful gold and white wedding was captured by Danielle Davis Photography. Our customer chose Pegeen flower girl dress style 300 in New Ivory flower girl dresses with pale gold silk sashes. We loved the flower girl wreaths and the flowers that adorned the church pews!
We see she used ivory, peach, pink and deep red in all of her flowers with lots of greenery! Thought the flowers by Tanarah Luxe Florals were outstanding.
This beautiful gold and white wedding was captured by Sara Parker Photography. Our customer chose Pegeen flower girl dress style 402 in New Ivory and Spun Gold. We loved the simplicity of the flower girl wreaths!
We try each month to feature our favorite wedding of the month in a section called “Flower Girl Dress of the Month” and this wedding was with our customer for whom we just did our third wedding. You can see this wedding by visiting our website and viewing WEDDING OF THE MONTH.
We used Pegeen Classic Style 802 in navy blue and pure gold to coordinate with the wedding party.
I had SO much fun this past weekend! I went to a family wedding, and boy was it a shindig. My sister’s family (lives in Indiana) transported our “mostly from NJ” and the Kentucky family of the fiance, now wife of my nephew, into a different time and age. I will post more images later as I plan to cover the wedding details in full (starting with a transformed “Gatsby” themed rehearsal party), but I had to talk about the flower girl dresses that I was SO proud of my seamstresses that produced truly a spectacular and wonderful Swarovski encrusted, silk and tulle, vintage feeling Tulle Flower Girl Dress from the Fairytale Collection, our “Topaz” Style 904. I can’t remember for sure but I estimate that there are close to 800 or so crystals on that dress, which is a lot of handwork.
Yes I admit – it is the most expensive dress that we have produced but after I saw all the dresses the bridesmaids wore and this SPECTACULAR wedding gown (the first one actually) and veil with all of their crystals, I know the bride chose the right flower girl dresses that we gave as their presents. (Part of the perks of having a designer in the family, I suppose).
So, now that my “niece-daughter” has announced her engagement, she asked me to do her gown. I was pretty hesitant before, but I am “in” on it now! Jessica – let’s do two! For those of you that have seen these images on Facebook, please indulge me on the duplicate post.

Getting ready for our Flower Girl Dress of the Year for 2012
The anticipation is growing for Pegeen’s announcement of our Wedding of the Year. In addition to our yearly announcement, the wedding will kick off a year long celebration of our wedding of the year. The weddings below will be featured in our new commercials appearing on various women’s wedding programming…. and at the end of 2012, a very special wedding will be occurring and we will choose up to 12 little girls to be in a very special wedding at Disney. Watch for the coming announcements.
About 5 years ago, as digital cameras improved, we started getting BEAUTIFUL photographs from our customers. One in particular really stood out, so we named it our First Wedding of the Year and the Flower Girl Dress of the Year. It came at a time when Tiffany Blue was really big in weddings and we couldn’t produce them fast enough.
The following year, we named our favorite pink and white flower girl dresses of the year and it was lovely.

This year, our favorite Wedding of the Year was a gorgeous pink and bisque silk held at the St. Regis in Dana Point. Wedding Planner was David Tutera and the execution of the wedding was absolutely stunning. The Flower Girl Dress of the Year was pink and creme layers of tulle and the color of the silk was a beautiful peony pink.
